FRESH BASIL AND SPINACH PESTO

1 cup of fresh basil
1 cup of spinach leaves
Pack them well in a cup then pour them in your blender
Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
1 to 2 cloves of garlic
1/4 of an onion
Blend together then gradually add your olive oil
1/2 a cup of olive oil
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts
Put in nuts and blend again
salt and pepper to taste.

Blend this altogether in your blender or your food processor that attaches to your Bosch.   You can take some freshly made pasta and put it into a fry pan.   Then add as much pesto sauce as you would like.  Then mix altogether and warm through.   Sprinkle with your Parmesan cheese and some sliced tomatoes.  It is delicious.
