PULLED PORK

This is a family favorite, and you need to try it...today!
Shredded Pork for Tortillas
Ingredients: 2 lbs. of pork roast 1 cup of dark brown sugar 1 cup of Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. ginger  1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions: Put all the ingredients above into a Crock Pot and cook for 15-20 hours on a low heat.  Or you can cook it in your oven on 350 degrees in a nice deep pan for 6 hours. You can also add a cup of water if it doesn't have enough liquid. After it is done..Shred your meat and add 1 can of red enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar.  Cook for 1 more hour.  Serve in a fresh tortilla shell with rice and black beans.  Your can also put fresh lettuce, tomato, cheese, and our wonderful creamy cilantro dressing on the top to give it just the right taste.
