Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 cup of butter or l cube 1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar 6 Tbsp. of white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. of vanilla 1 1/2 cups of flour 1 tsp. Baking soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 or 1/2 cup of valentine mix at the Bosch kitchen center You can use chocolate chips, nuts, oatmeal, raisins whatever you would like, but the valentine mix will make it look like a beautiful cookie without having to frost it and use sprinkles. I am sure you could use any kind of jimmies, and they would look incredible. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix together your sugars and butter until smooth. I use the Bosch mixer with the cookie paddles and dough scraper. Then add your egg and vanilla and mix. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients slowly while Bosch mixer is running, keep it running when you add your last ingredients. Now your cookies are done. Drop your cookies on the cookie sheet with a cookie scoop.
