French Dip Class

Take a roast of any kind it doesn't have to be a specific cut.  Put it into a frying pan and brown on all sides. Next you will fill a little bowl with 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper and 2 clove of crushed garlic.  Take the roast and rub the whole roast in this seasoned olive oil.
Place in your electric pressure cooker and cook with 1 cup of water,  place on low pressure and cook for 60 minutes.  When this is done, open your pressure cooker and add 1 Tablespoon of Shirley J beef bouillon.
Mix water so the seasoning can be stirred around.  Put the lid on an set at low pressure again, only this time you time it for 70 minutes.  (Remember if you let the pressure release its self your meat will be tender.) After it is done and pressure is released, break up your roast.  Put it back in the liquid.  Add 5 sliced onions and 1 Tablespoon of the beef bouillon, and 1 quart of water. Put your lid back on your pressure cooker and cook on Low Pressure for 3 minutes.  It will be perfect.  You will love this dish!
