COLESLAW

I made this wonderful coleslaw in my last class
I took my Bosch slicer shredder and put the the big shredding blade in the shredder to shred the coleslaw.  I did one whole cabbage head.  As you can see in the picture we started out grating the carrot with the big shredding disc as well.  But then changed it to the small one to do the carrots.  It works much better.  Now to give you the recipe:
1 head of cabbage shredded
2 carrots shredded small
1 can of crushed pineapple drained
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon of Pepper 
2 tablespoons of lemon
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Mix altogether
