Meatballs

I made meatballs in my class this week.  The recipe is easy and you will love it.
1 lb. of ground beef
1 lb. of mild sausage
1 piece of bread broken into small pieces
1/2 cup cooked red quinoa (cooked)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Mix together and form into balls.  I use a meat baler or a cookie scoop to the size that I want.
Put in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water. High Pressure for 20 minutes you can mix this in your favorite marinara sauce. So good over noodles.
