Monkey Bread




Yields 2 Monkey Breads

Ingredients
3 cups warm water
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon of sweetener   (honey, sugar, agave)
1 1/2 Tablespoon of yeast

Mix these 4 ingredients together, then let rise in your bowl for 20 minutes or until dough is an inch from top of the bowl.

Mix in
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of Vital Wheat Gluten
4-5 cups flour

Directions:
Take your bunt pan (put 2 Tbsp. of liquid caramel in the bottom of the bunt pan. Sprinkle in some chopped nuts)(optional) make dough into golf ball sized balls. Then take each ball, dip in butter then in a sugar-cinnamon mixture (1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp of cinnamon)After coating them in the mixture, put in 8 balls on the bottom of the bunt pan. ( add a little more caramel and nut if  your are doing this option) Then add in 6 balls on the inside of the bun pan, and 9 more balls on the outside in the same row. Remember just 2 layers.

Let rise for 1/2 hour, then bake on 350° for 30 minutes.
