Salmon with noodles

 Salmon:

Get out a cookie sheet that is big enough to fit your salmon on. Butter the bottom of your cookie sheet Take your salmon place on the cookie sheet, add little pads of butter on the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook on Broil for 6 minutes. Make sure your rack isn't right to the top. Lower it a little. When you have cooked it for 6 minutes pull out of the oven and turn it over. If it has skin on it pull it off. Now you are going to put a little butter on the salmon, once again sprinkle with pepper, salt, and lemon pepper. Cook on broil for 6 minutes.  It is ready to eat. (My daughter adds cajun seasoning and tops with chopped mango's.)(Chose which way you would like to do it.)

Noodles: 

We use noodles called orzo. I make about 1 cup. Cook using 1 cup noodles and 2 cups water. Add 2 tbsp. butter,  add 1 Tbsp. of fresh basil chopped up.  When this is done. Drain, but don't drain all the water off of the noodles. Leave a little on. Add 1/2 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and mix  Enjoy with your Salmon! You may add a few chopped tomato's if you like.
