SPELT BREAD


3 cups warm water                                             
tablespoons yeast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup oil

2 eggs
4 Tablespoons of  Dried Milk
1 Tablespoon dough enhancer (optional)
8-9 cups spelt flour



Direction:  This is just a spelt bread recipe.  Add all ingredients then, mix. If you need to add a little more flour, now is the time to do it.  Just clean the flour from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 6 minutes.  Let rise until it is at least double. Rise for 1 hour.  You want your bread at least 1-2 inches over your pan.You will love this spelt bread and remember it is good for gluten intolerant people. Bake on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Spelt is an ancient grain and can be used as a substitute for other grains.  It is really good for most people that are allergic to wheat. It is  good in place of white flour.
