Hummus in the Vitamix

2 can of chic peas (one is drained and one has liquid)
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 qarlic clove
1 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix except salt.  Select variable speed 1.  Turn the machine on an increase the speed to a 10 or on High.  Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. This  will be incredible and you can eat with chips
