Naan Bread
1 1/2 cups of milk (warmed)
Add 1 cup of flour
Then mix in your mixer and add
1/2 tablespoon of instant yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix and while mixing add 2 1/2 more cups of flour
Let knead for 3 minutes
Put in a bowl that has been oiled, then rub the top with oil. Let Rise for 2 hours.(it needs to be covered, I use saran wrap.)
After it has risen for 2 hours take and divide into 12 balls the same size. Make sure you have oil on each ball. Then cover and rise for 30 minutes. After the thirty minutes take a ball and roll it out in a round about 1/8 inch thick. When you roll it out you will need to use some flour so that it doesn't stick. After it is rolled out drop on a hot grill. The grill needs to be between 350 degrees and 400 degrees. As soon as it starts to bubble a little on top you will need to turn it over. So it is brown on both sides. When it comes off of the grill, brush both sides of the bread with butter. Serve with you favorite curry recipe.
