Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

It is so easy to make.  I took a Cuisinart Ice Cream Freezer 2 quart.  I had frozen the inside container in the Freezer for 24 hours. I took 1 cup of whole milk and mixed it with 2/3 cup of sugar until the sugar was totally dissolved.  Then I added 2 cups of heavy cream. 5 drops of LorAnn oil the mint chocolate chip. Then I added 2 drops of green food coloring.  Turn you ice cream machine one and let mix for about 25 minutes.  It is the greatest ice cream, you can turn around and do it again in this machine if you get the ice cream out quickly.  It is cold enough that it will do it the second time.
