Chocolate Pie or Chocolate Frosting Or just to Eat
Ingredients
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate, 1/2 cup of light chocolate)
3/4 cup of heavy cream
2 1/2 cups of whipping Cream
Directions
Take 2 cups of chocolate chips put in microwavable bowl and add the 3/4 cup whipping cream. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take out and mix. Continue doing this until the chocolate is melted well into the whipping cream. Mix until your mixture becomes smooth and satiny as you stir it together. Leave on the counter and let cool. When this is cool. Take 2 1/2 cups of whipping cream and whip it in your Bosch until it forms peaks. Stir the whipping creams into the chocolate slowly as you continue to mix the chocolate and whipping cream.. It will become beautiful and very fluffy. Put in fridge, or frost your favorite cake or cupcake with it. Or use it to fill a nice chocolate pie. If you chose to put it in the refrigerator it will turn a little hard. Just let it rest out of the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and it should mix up nicely again.
