White Flour Tortilla

Ingredients

4 cups of white all purpose Flour

1/3 cup of oil

2 tsp. of salt

Put these ingredients in your Bosch blend them together with your dough hook and splash ring in place.

Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water right out of the tap.

Directions
Mix all ingredients in your Bosch for 3-5 minutes.  If you are doing whole wheat mix 8 minutes.

Form into balls, any size you would like.  I do them about the size of a large apricot. Cover and let rest for 20-30 minutes. I press them out on an electric tortilla press, it is a 10 inch press.  You can buy them in the Bosch Kitchen Center in Orem, Utah.  They are incredible!
