Chicken Soup Made In Pressure Cooker

This is very simple soup.  Cut up your potato's and carrots.  Put them in a bowl.  Put your chicken breasts in the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes on High Pressure.   Put in 1-2 breasts with 1/2 cup of water and 1 Tablespoon of chicken bouillon.  When your chicken is done dump the potato's and carrots you have in your the bowl and enough water to cover the soup.  Then add another tablespoon of chicken bouillon, mix all together.  Add a 1/8 tsp. of pepper and 1 tsp. of basil.  Put on low pressure back in your pressure cooker, and cook for 3 minutes.  Great soup!
