CREPES

We are so excited about these crepes.  You can do anything you want with crepes.  This was an incredible crepe to eat for dinner.
It is filled with chicken, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, tomatoes, and spinach leaves.  It is so good for you.  It also has some mustard spread down the middle of the crepe.

This was done in my crepe class. 
I mixed these crepes in my Bosch blender
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons of honey or xagave
1/3 cup of water
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 cup milk
1 cup of flour (I use whole wheat, or spelt if it is freshly ground you need to add 1/4  cup of extra flour.
1/4 tsp. salt

In a Bosch blender blend all ingedients until smooth.  It works best if you add you flour gradually. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.  You can use sooner but if it makes little holes in it it needs to be refrigerated longer.

Our next crepe is a desert crepe.  It has cut up banana's and strawberries in it.  Then it has cream spread over it.  It is folded together.  Doesn't it look mouth watering.

If you are going to make these crepes.  Substitute the salt for 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.
