KAMUT SALAD

3 cups of Kamut cooked in a the pressure cooker (3 cups of Kamut to 6 cups of water, cook on low pressure for 18 minutes)
6 apples cut up into bit sized pieces
1 cup of golden raisins
1 cup of slivered almonds
1 large can of fruit cocktail

Mix together:
1 cup of mayonaise
Reserved juice from fruit cocktail
1/4 cup of xagave
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil

I shake this up in a drink shaker!  Then pour over your salad.
