GRANOLA BARS
2 1/2 cups of quick oats
1/2 cup rice krispies
1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup coconut
1/8 cup flax seed
1/8 cup sesame seed
1/8 cup chia seed
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients together, then mix all wet ingredients together and melt the wet ingredients in the microwave. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, but do not add the chocolate chips. Mix all the ingredients well to make sure that everything is mixed uniformly Allow the wet ingredients to absorb in the dry ingredients, then let it cool for a few minutes. Now you can mix in the chocolate chips. If it is too dry add more coconut oil or honey. If it is too wet add more oatmeal. It should be perfect just how it is. But you never know. Pour into silicone muffin pans or just a cake pan, which is lined with parchment paper. Pat down, and cook at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until it has browned a little.
