WHOLE WHEAT BREAD RECIPE FOR COMPACT BOSCH
3 cups warm water
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon of sweetener (honey, sugar, Xagave)
1 1/2 Tablespoon of yeast
Mix these 4 ingredients together, then let rise in your bowl for 20 minutes or until dough is an inch from top of the bowl.
Mix in
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of Vital Wheat Gluten
4-5 cups flour
Mix the flour in, then touch the dough if is still sticky add a little more. Let this knead for 8 minutes then mix in 1 Tablespoon of dough enhancer. Do not over knead. Mix about 1 more minute. It should be very pliable and stretchy. Form into loaves. Fill the bread loaf pan 1/2 full. Rise until 1 1/2 inches above the pan. Yield: 3 1 lb. loaves. Bake on 350 degrees for 1/2 of an hour.
