Lentil Soup
Great in pressure cooker

1/2 pound bacon fried and diced
1 cup onions diced
1 cup carrots diced
1 cup celery diced
1 cup potatoes diced
1-1/2 cups lentils
2 quarts water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 tablespoons flour
6 tsp. of beef bouillon
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp white peppers
1 tsp dry mustard

Cook bacon, add vegetables and lentils and saute for a minute. Then add your flour and seasonings.  Then add water and everything else.  Pressure on high for 9 minutes and naturally release. It is excellent soup.
You can add a can of corn if you would like.   A spoon of sour cream and cilantro will make it taste wonderful.
