Pressure Cooker Artichoke and Spinach Dip Dressing

INGREDIENTS
8 ounce cream cheese
10 ounce package of frozen spinach
3 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 chicken broth
1/4 ounce can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS
Put your pressure cooker on saute or browning. Place 3 cloves of grated garlic in the pressure cooker with chicken broth. Drain the artichoke hearts and place in pressure cooker. Place spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion powder in the pressure cooker. Place on high pressure for 4 minutes, when done do a quick release. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir all together and pour into a bowl. Serve with bread or corn chips.
