.Corn Chowder and Potato Soup

Get out your pressure cooker for this one!
Turn your electric pressure cooker on browning:
Put 3 Tbsp. of butter in your pressure cooker to melt
Add in one medium chopped onion
Once your onion is sauteed, turn your pressure cooker off
 Add 3 cups of warm water
Add 1 Tbsp. of chicken bouillon (I use Shirley J powdered)
Cube 6 medium red potato's  (I use red I just wash them and I don't peel them)
1-16 ounce of frozen corn

 Put all these ingredients in your pressure cooker on low pressure, for 5 minutes then hit start.
After it is done, release pressure. Lift lid and add 3 cups of half and half, add 3 Tbsp. of cornstarch to your half and half. Add to soup, then add 3/4 cup of cheese to soup and mix. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp of Shirley J, 1 tsp. of salt, and 1/2 tsp. of pepper. Mix altogether, put your pressure cooker on browning to get everything really warm. once that is all done, it is ready to serve.
