Orange Roll Delicious

OUR ORANGE ROLLS
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil or shortening
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups milk or 2/3 cup powder milk with 3 cups water
1 1/2 Tablespoons gluten flour (Optional)
3 Tablespoons instant yeast  
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour
3 beaten eggs
4-5 cups flour
1 Tablespoon of dough enhancer to be added the last 2 minutes of your kneading process.
1 teaspoon of grated orange skin.

Directions:  Warm the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.  Put in Bosch bowl and stir in 4 cups of flour.  Add the yeast and let rise for 15 minutes.  Then add the eggs and the rest of the flour.  Add enough flour that the dough will leave the outside of the Bosch bowl,  Mix on the number 2 speed for 5-7 minutes.  Roll out evenly.  Cut in 1" squares.  place 4-5 squares in each muffin tin sideways.  let rise for l hour.  Bake 15 minutes on 350 degrees, once they have baked drip frosting mix over the rolls.

Frosting; 2 cups powdered sugar,  3/4 of a cube of butter, 1-8 oz. cream cheese  Add orange juice to get desired consistency.  About 2-3 Tablespoons.  (Add more powdered sugar if it is too runny.)
