SWEDISH T-RING STEP BY STEP

This is made from the orange roll recipe below.  I made 2 dozen orange rolls out of this recipe and then made this beautiful Swedish T-ring out of  the rest of the dough. Roll out your dough into a long rectangle shape. Then brush generously with butter.  Sprinkle cinnamon chips all over the dough.  Press the cinnamon chips into the dough so when you roll it up you won't lose any of your chips.

After pressing the cinnamon chips into the dough.  Roll the dough up into a long roll.
It will look like this when you have it all rolled together.
Place this large roll on a cookie sheet.
Form into a wreath.  Its Christmas in July, and when you eat this treat you will feel like it is Christmas.

Next you pick up one side of the dough and you start to cut about every inch. You will cut it three quarters into the wreath as shown below.
Keep cutting around until you have a beautiful Swedish T-Ring.  It will make you at hit at any party.
When it is finished you will let it rise for 1-2 hours until it is nice and risen.  At this time you will put it into your oven on 350 and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.  Keep an eye on it.  Where you live it may take 20 minutes.  Enjoy the wonderful taste as you bit into this delicious treat!
