SWEDISH T-RING

Isn't the T-Ring beautiful when you are done.  You just want to take a big bit with a tall glass of milk.  You can share this wonderful treat with a neighbor when they are having a bad day, or you just want to cheer some one up in your family they will love it.  The recipe is below. This can also be used for orange rolls. You can put some orange zest in it.  I put about 1 Tablespoon of orange zest.  I use my zester and just scrape the out side of the orange with it until I have about 1 Tablespoon.

1/3 cup coconut oil, butter or shortening
¼ cup sugar or Xagava
2 tsp. salt
3 cups milk or 2/3 cup powder milk with 3 cups water
1½ Tbsp. gluten flour   (Optional
4 cups white flour
2 Tbsp. Saf instant yeast
3 beaten eggs
4-5 cups ground spelt
1 Tbsp. dough enhancer added at the last 2 minutes of the kneading process (optional)

Directions
Warm in a sauce pan on the stove the top 3 ingredients. Put in Bosch bowl and stir in flour then add the yeast. Add the eggs and the rest of the flour.   Add enough flour that the dough will leave the outside of the Bosch bowl. Mix on the number 1-2 speed in your Bosch mixer for 5-7 minutes.   Then for orange rolls. Roll out evenly. Cut in 1” squares.  Place 3-4 squares in each muffin tin sideways.  Let rise.  Bake 15 minutes on 350 degrees, once they have baked and cooled, spread or drip frosting mix over the rolls.

Frosting

Ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar
1-6 ounce pkg. cream cheese
1 cube butter

Add orange juice to get desired consistency.  (2-3 Tbsp.) mix in the Bosch with the wire whips, but make sure your cream cheese and butter are softened or it will bend your whips.
