STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

This Ice Cream was made in the White Mountain Ice Cream Freezer.  This ice cream freezer will do 6 quarts of ice cream, it is incredible and was done and ready to eat in 20 minutes.  I was amazed it was just like real ice cream.  It would go in an ice cream cone quite nicely.  You can purchase this Ice Cream Freezer if you go into spoilthecook.com.  You can come to our classes as well, they are all free except the couple that specify an amount.

3 cups milk
1 cup butter milk
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint half and half
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 cups smashed fruit  (I used strawberries that I had blended in the blender)
