VEGETARIAN PIZZA

This pizza is so good, that you will not know that it is vegetarian pizza.  Everyone that eats it seems to want more.  It is eatten faster than the other pizza's that I make.  So I am giving you the recipe to try it out.
Recipe makes about 3 large pizza's

Ingredients
3 cups warm water  2 Tbsp. honey                                                           
4 cups flour (I ground whole wheat flour)                              
Mix to a paste then add:                                                                                             
1 Tbsp. Saf instant yeast                                                       
1 Tbsp. real salt (Your normal table salt will do)

Directions
After you mix all the ingredients together as listed above, add approximately 5 more cups of flour. Add the flour 1 cup at a time until mixture pulls away from the sides of the Bosch bowl. Knead for 10 minutes if you make it all out of whole wheat.
                    
Optional: 2 Tbsp. dough enhancer is added in the last 2 minutes of the kneading process.                                             

The ingredients that I like to put on this pizza are your 8 oz. can of tomato paste mixed with 2 Tablespoons of the Italian seasoning, I use the Shirley J Pizza seasoning that you can purchase at the Bosch Kitchen Center.  The number there is 801-224-1616.  We put on top the yellow and green zucchini, green pepper, shredded carrot (about 1 carrot), fresh mushroom, cut up red onion (about 1/8 of an onion). Sprinkle all these ingredients over your pizza after you put the tomato sauce on. Then you can sprinkle with a mozeralla and mild cheddar cheese mix.  It is so tasty.  (If you want to purchase a Bosch mixer they are at the Bosch Kitchen Center as well.  You can look us up on spoilthecook.com.  Yes that's us.
