RICE MEDLEY

This Rice is incredible.  I use it for all kinds of things.   I especially use it in my Burritos.  I use this with my shredded pork, my black beans and other delicious things.  I am sure you can find them on the blog. This is 1 cup of brown rice,  1/2 cup of sweet brown rice and 1/4 cup of black quinoa. Put all these grains in your pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water. Put on Low Pressure for 15 minutes.  When grains are cooked, leave pressure up for 5 more minutes, then release pressure just to make sure it is well done. It is so good for you and so tasty.  Use this as part of your dish with any major meal.
