Chocolate Buttermilk Cake Donuts
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake at 325 degrees. Grease your doughnut pan.
In a large bowl, blend together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
In a second bowl, combine the buttermilk, brown sugar, egg, melted butter and vanilla.
Pour your milk mixture into the flour mixture, and use a rubber spatula to gently fold the ingredients together. Do not mix too much or else it will not do well.
Pipe the batter into the doughnut pan with a frosting bag. It will make 6 doughnuts
