POPPY SEED CHICKEN


1 tablespoon of butter
1 small onion sauteed
2 breasts of chicken cooked and cubed
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 carton of sour cream  ( 2 cups)
2 teaspoons of poppy seeds

Melt your butter in a sauce pan, then saute the onion in your butter. Cook and cube two breasts of chicken
Mix the cream of chicken soup with your carton of sour cream then add your chicken and poppy seeds to the cooked chicken and onion.  Crumble up 1 package of Ritz crackers.  Pour the chicken mix into a casserole pan.  Then pour the Ritz crackers over the chicken.  Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of butter over the top.  Cook on 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.  Eat over rice.  Enjoy with a nice plate of vegetables and salad.
